This vandal resistant stainless steel hooded toilet paper holder is one integral unit and is fabricated from 14 gauge satin #4 finish stainless steel.  The spindle assembly is fabricated from 7 gauge stainless steel and includes a 3/8" padlock hole.  There are four (4) keyhole mounting holes for easy installation.  The sloped hood allows for easy cleaning.  The fasteners and the padlock must be purchased separately.
