This heavy duty, vandal resistant, stainless steel toilet paper holder is a single incremental unit that cannot be removed or conceal contraband.  The mounting plate is fabricated from 7 gauge stainless steel with a #4 satin finish and is welded to a 16 gauge 1” diameter tube and holds one roll of toilet paper.  The unit is secured with four (4) ¼”-20 x 1 ¼” pin in torx security machine screws.
